Accountant cum Sales

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to oversee daily expense entries from multiple construction sites and support our manufacturing unit’s sales and marketing activities. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams, customers, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

● Accurately collect and enter daily expense data from multiple construction sites into the company’s MIS/ERP system

● Reconcile expense statements with bills, vouchers, and supporting documents

● Liaise with site engineers, accounts department, and vendors for timely payments and documentation

● Assist sales and marketing operations: manage leads, follow-ups, and sales reports

● Maintain and nurture strong customer relationships; address inquiries and support customer retention

● Coordinate tasks and updates among marketing executives, production teams, and management

● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on expenses, sales, and collections Required Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field

● 2–4 years’ experience in accounting, operations, or sales coordination (experience in construction/manufacturing preferred)

● Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP/MIS systems(Tally)
