Accountant cum Sales Executive

We are looking for a Male Junior Accountant cum Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting tasks while also assisting customers on the sales floor. This is a dual-role position suitable for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-friendly, and willing to learn.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Duties

• Maintain daily cashbook and update accounting entries.
• Assist in accounts payable/receivable management.
• Prepare sales invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Reconcile daily sales and handle petty cash.
• Assist senior accountant with monthly closing and GST/TDS-related tasks.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Retail Sales Duties

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the retail store.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Manage billing and POS operations.
• Maintain store display, stock arrangement, and cleanliness.
• Track inventory levels and report low-stock items.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets set by the management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Familiarity with Tally/ERP software (preferred).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer usage.
• Ability to multitask and work with accuracy.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Should be near by Irinjalakuda

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
