Accountant Cum Showroom Sales (Female)

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant cum Showroom Sales Executive (Female) who can handle accounting responsibilities while actively managing showroom sales and customer interactions.

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Record daily transactions, invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in annual closing.
• Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
• Ensure timely collection and follow-up of receivables.
• Prepare and verify SIF files and coordinate with banks for WPS submissions.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

Showroom Sales Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers and explain company products professionally.
• Promote electrified shop fitting solutions and generate sales.
• Maintain showroom presentation and product display standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse and management regarding stock availability.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience (UAE or home country experience can apply).
• Basic sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally, or similar).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask between accounting and sales functions.
• Presentable and confident in dealing with customers.
