Accountant – E-Commerce (Clothing Brand)

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Accountant for our growing clothing brand. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting activities related to online sales, inventory, payments, and reconciliations across e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily sales, expense, and payment records for e-commerce operations

Reconcile orders, COD payments, online payments, and refunds

Manage platform-wise accounting (website, marketplaces, WhatsApp orders)

Track inventory transactions and coordinate with operations team

Prepare monthly profit & loss reports

Handle vendor payments and expense tracking

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Support management with financial reports and data analysis

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

Minimum 1–2 years experience in accounting (e-commerce experience preferred)

Knowledge of online sales accounting, COD cycles, and payment gateways

Proficiency in Excel and accounting software

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Experience in clothing / fashion brand accounting

Familiarity with inventory management

Experience with Shopify, Daraz, or similar platforms

Strong reporting and reconciliation skills
