Accountant - Ecommerce Inventory Support Executive

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating eBay listings with accurate SKU, pricing, and condition notes.
• Update inventory quantities in Fishbowl after sales, returns, and adjustments.
• Cross-check mismatches between Fishbowl, eBay, SellerLedger, and warehouse sheets.
• Support Accounts Payable tasks: bill entry, vendor reconciliation, PO verification.
• Maintain records of shipments, returns, refunds, and carrier claims.
• Coordinate with US warehouse, Turnipseed AP team, and internal QA/QC teams.

Skills

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets capability (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivots).
• Ability to operate Fishbowl, SellerLedger, Zoho CRM basics, and eBay Seller Hub.
• Strong attention to detail, especially listing accuracy & pricing.
• Comfortable with US time-zone overlap when required.

Knowledge Requirements

• Understanding of inventory accounting (FIFO, adjustments, COGS).
• Good understanding of e-commerce workflows.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain clean documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹33,587.94 per month
