Accounting Outsource Hub LLP is a growing accounting outsourcing firm providing high-quality bookkeeping and accounting support to international clients. We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our team at our Mohali office.

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with 2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an evening shift environment and capable of managing day-to-day accounting activities with accuracy and professionalism.

Freshers are not eligible for this role.

Shift Timings

• Male Candidates: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Female Candidates: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Salary will be finalized based on experience, skills, and interview performance

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate books of accounts on a daily basis
• Recording financial transactions and journal entries
• Handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Performing bank and credit card reconciliations
• Preparing basic financial reports and summaries
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Working on accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or similar tools
• Coordinating with internal teams for accounting data and reports
• Supporting accounting work for overseas clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
• Good knowledge of Excel and basic reporting
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Comfortable working evening shifts
• Strong communication and professional attitude
