Position Overview

The Accountant Executive will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accuracy in all records, and supporting the finance team with reporting, reconciliation, and compliance tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries including sales, purchases, expenses, and petty cash transactions.
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable; track collections and payments accurately.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor branch-wise daily sales and deposits.
• Coordinate with branches and supervisors to collect required documents, invoices, and reports.
• Assist in payroll processing, employee settlement calculations, leave salary, and EOSB accounting.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records for audits and compliance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, profit/loss summaries, and budget variance analysis.
• Support VAT filing, invoice verification, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Communicate with suppliers, PRO, HR, and branch managers for finance-related queries.
• Assist in yearly financial audits and provide required supporting documents.
• Monitor inventory reports from branches and coordinate with storekeepers to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure all transactions adhere to company policies and internal controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience (F&B or retail industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, journal entries, and reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Mycom) is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and integrity in handling financial data.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
