We are hiring for Accounts & Admin Executive
Location- Andheri East -Chakala
Experience-
For accounts executive min 2+ years of experience in account and admin
(CA firm candidate preferable)
JD- Duties & Responsibilities:
· Preparation of monthly MIS & management reports (as & when required)
· All Banking Day to day activities
· Full GST Compliance (preferred)
· Daily Accounting in Tally
· Bank Reconciliation
· Good knowledge of Taxation
· EPF / ESI / PT processing and return filing
· TDS / TCS Challan & Filling experience (good to have)
· Manage all accounting transactions
· Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
· Maintaining & reconciling Balance Sheet & general ledger accounts.
· Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
· Assisting with annual audit preparations.
· Investigating & resolving audit findings, account discrepancies & issues of non-compliance.
· Compute taxes and prepare various returns.
· Good knowledge/experience of Import & Export activities.
· Capable to handle work responsibilities individually.
· Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
· Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
· Plan, assign and review staff’s work
· Analyse financial information and summarize financial status
Gener office administration work eg : Maintenace , operatios, attedance mangement recruitment , emails.

· Graduate / Postgraduate
