Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process and manage monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Handle accounts receivable and follow up on customer payments.
- Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and financial transactions.
- Perform bank-related activities, including deposits, transfers, reconciliations, and cheque processing.
- Assist in VAT/tax filing and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
- Maintain and update accounting databases and financial records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers regarding collections.
- Support audits by providing required financial documents and records.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Coordinate with management regarding financial matters and cash flow requirements.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, accounts receivable, banking procedures, VAT/tax regulations, and database management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
