ACCOUNTANT - EXPENSES

Job Title: Accountant – Expenses

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant (Expenses) to manage and control company expenses. The role involves verifying expense bills, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify, process, and record employee and operational expense bills

Check supporting documents and ensure expenses are as per company policy

Maintain proper expense records and files for audit purposes

Coordinate with departments for expense clarification and approvals

Prepare expense reports and monthly summaries

Reconcile expense accounts with general ledger

Assist in internal and external audits related to expenses

Ensure timely posting of expenses in accounting software

Monitor cost control and highlight abnormal expenses

Support finance team with other accounting tasks as required.
