Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and support the financial management of the company. This role is operational and best suited for someone practical, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting (AP, AR, bank reconciliations, journal entries).
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Manage VAT filings and ensure UAE compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
• Monitor payments, collections, and cash flow.
• Maintain records related to sales, inventory, and production costs.
• Ensure proper documentation and internal controls.
• Support management with financial reporting when required.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in retail, fashion, trading, or FMCG.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
• Experience with accounting software (Odoo, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good command of English (Arabic is a plus).
