Accountant (F&B Background)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and analytical Accountant with Food & Beverage experience to manage day-to-day accounting functions and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of F&B cost structures, inventory control, and compliance, supporting informed business decisions and smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting activities including entries, reconciliations, and documentation
• Monitor F&B costs, food cost percentage, and inventory valuation
• Prepare monthly financial reports, P&L statements, and variance analysis
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including supplier payments
• Ensure accurate recording of sales, petty cash, and expenses
• Support payroll coordination and staff-related financial records
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and internal policies
• Coordinate with management for budgeting, forecasting, and audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the F&B industry
• Strong knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and P&L analysis
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in the UAE F&B sector is an advantage
