Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should be a B.Com graduate with 1-2 years of experience, possessing strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Assist in the preparation of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Support in bank reconciliation and ledger posting.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments for expense tracking.
• Support senior accountants and auditors during audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Key Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles (Tally/ERP/MS Excel preferred).
• Good understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Experience:

• 1 - 2 years of experience in accounting/finance.
