Oversees the daily accounting activities
Preparation of invoices
Maintain the general ledger and other balances and accounts.
Reconciliation of receivables and payables
Cash and bank reconciliations, income and expense transactions, payroll and other transactions
Ensure that relevant books of accounts are maintained and compiled regularly
Regular reporting of all financial information to management.
Make collection calls and arrange timely collections
Coordinate with Chartered Accountant office in filing returns
2 years’ experience in accounting, Tally and collection
Graduation in any field
Excellent communication
Preferably dependant visa
