Accountant (FEMALE ONLY)

Position Overview

We are seeking an Accountant to oversee daily accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, preparing basic financial statements, and performing account reconciliations. As a newly established company, the current volume of transactions is low. This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to UAE laws and regulations. Candidates must be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions (currently low volume)
• Manage basic accounts payable and receivable functions
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
• Conduct bank and ledger reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and UAE regulations
• Assist in budgeting and basic financial analysis
• Support external audits and tax filings as needed
• Maintain accurate, organized financial records
• Contribute to the development and improvement of accounting systems and processes as the business grows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Prior accounting experience within the UAE
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Busy, or similar platforms
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory compliance
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of working independently
• Good communication skills

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
