Sira Studio is a boutique interior design studio specializing in thoughtfully curated residential and commercial spaces. We believe exceptional design is supported by strong organization, attention to detail, and efficient business operations.

As our studio continues to grow, we are seeking an Accountant & Finance Coordinator to support our financial and administrative functions while contributing to the overall efficiency of the business.

This position is primarily remote, offering flexibility for the right candidate, with weekly coordination meetings and occasional availability when required.

Role Overview

The Accountant & Finance Coordinator will be responsible for managing the studio’s accounting records, invoicing, payments, financial reporting, and day-to-day financial administration.

We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable with technology, and capable of working independently within a modern business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation
  • Prepare and issue client invoices
  • Monitor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Record supplier invoices, project expenses, and operational costs
  • Track project budgets and financial performance
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow summaries
  • Coordinate with management regarding budgeting and financial planning
  • Maintain organized digital records and filing systems
  • Support external accountants, auditors, and regulatory requirements when required
  • Participate in weekly management meetings and provide financial updates
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to the studio’s activities

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a modern, technology-driven professional who understands how businesses operate today. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with cloud-based platforms, digital workflows, automation tools, and real-time reporting rather than relying solely on manual processes.

You should be proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of supporting a growing business environment where efficiency, responsiveness, and accountability are essential.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or administrative coordination
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with any of the following will be considered an advantage:

  • HubSpot
  • ClickUp
  • Project-based accounting
  • Interior design, architecture, construction, consultancy, or service-based businesses

Reporting Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to provide management with clear and timely financial visibility, including:

  • Weekly cash flow and bank balance updates
  • Outstanding client payment reports and follow-up status
  • Upcoming payment obligations and financial commitments
  • Monthly revenue, expense, and profitability reports
  • Project budget tracking and cost monitoring
  • Financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions

The ability to present financial information in a clear, concise, and actionable manner is essential.
