Accountant / Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Accountant / Financial Analyst with 5+ years of accounting and finance experience to manage the full spectrum of financial operations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes
• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) with accuracy
• Oversee Payroll management and ensure compliance with taxation laws
• Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and financial records
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for cost control
• Support audits and ensure compliance with IFRS / GAAP standards
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
• Handle all aspects of accounting operations including expense tracking and reporting

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in corporate or industry settings
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, compliance, and variance analysis
• Proficiency in ERP, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
