Accountant for 3D Printing services

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented accountant to manage our financial operations, including quotations, invoicing, payments, payroll, and VAT submissions. Our company operates in the 3D printing industry, and we need someone with strong accounting skills to ensure smooth financial management.

Responsibilities:

• Quotations & Invoicing: Handle the day-to-day preparation of quotations and invoices.
• Payments & Payroll: Manage all payments, payroll processing, and business expenses.
• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
• VAT Reporting: Prepare and submit VAT reports on time while keeping all relevant documents properly archived.
• Expense Management: Monitor cash flow and ensure efficient financial planning.
• Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations and accounting standards.

Requirements:

✅ Experience in accounts, VAT submissions, and payroll.
✅ Proficiency in Zoho Books or other online accounting systems.
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
✅ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
✅ Must be based in the UAE (preference for Sponsor visa holders).

Work Arrangement:

- Hybrid Role – Minimum 1 day per week in the office (Abu Dhabi, Musaffah).
- Full-time remote work options for other days.
