Accountant – Group Company

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our group company. The ideal candidate will have experience handling accounts for multiple business units, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with UAE laws, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Education: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Record, analyze, and maintain financial transactions in compliance with accounting principles and UAE regulations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable across multiple entities within the group.
• Prepare and maintain general ledgers, financial statements, and management reports.
• Review and process payroll accurately and timely for all group companies.
• Post journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Reconcile bank statements regularly and monitor cash flows.
• Prepare and file VAT returns on time, ensuring compliance with UAE VAT laws.
• Support the finalization of accounts, audits, and statutory reporting.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting for the group.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure audit readiness.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and uphold internal control standards.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven UAE accounting experience (2–3 years) in a corporate or group environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with VAT regulations, payroll, and UAE Labour Law.
• Experience with financial audits and finalization of accounts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across entities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
