Accountant (Health Care)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a strong background in the medical sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing healthcare financial operations, insurance billing reconciliation, supplier payments, and regulatory compliance within clinics.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile insurance claims, medical billing records, and patient payments.
• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
• Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors and assist during financial audits.
• Maintain accurate records of medical suppliers, inventories, and procurement expenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 03–05 years of accounting experience in a hospital, clinic, medical center, or healthcare company.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
• Experience with medical insurance reconciliation and healthcare billing processes.
• Good understanding of VAT and financial compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
