Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant II to support the monthly close process across multiple domestic and international entities. This role ensures accurate financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP and supports ongoing growth initiatives, including acquisitions and integrations. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of experience, strong technical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform monthly close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with consolidations and intercompany eliminations
- Partner with global teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies
- Support financial due diligence and integration of acquisitions
- Analyze financial results and variances to support management reporting
- Develop and maintain reports in Planful and Excel
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- 3–4 years of accounting experience (multinational or public accounting preferred)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting)
- Experience with EPM/FP&A tools (Planful preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working with international entities and foreign currencies
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing or distribution industry experience
- Multinational operations experience
- Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
