Accountant / Inventory / Operations Manager (Vinculum VIN e Retail WMS Experience)

Location: Lower Parel & Bhiwandi, Mumbai

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented professionals to manage Accounting, Inventory, and Operations functions with hands-on experience in Vinculum’s VIN e Retail WMS. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and effective coordination between finance and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting / Finance:

• Handle day-to-day accounting, billing, and reconciliation activities.
• Monitor inventory valuation, GRN entries, and stock adjustments in VINeRetail.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and taxation norms related to inventory and logistics.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

2. Inventory Management:

• Oversee stock movement, cycle counts, and periodic inventory audits.
• Manage inbound and outbound operations through VIN e Retail WMS.
• Track SKU-level stock accuracy, batch management, and warehouse utilization.
• Generate MIS reports and analyze inventory performance.

3. Operations / Warehouse Management:

• Ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch accuracy.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow efficiency.
• Liaise with logistics partners and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor manpower productivity and implement process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with Vinculum VIN e Retail WMS (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of warehouse, inventory, and retail operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analytics.
• Knowledge of ERP/WMS integrations and eCommerce operations preferred.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
