Accountant – Jewellery Factory (Dammam, KSA)

Only candidates with jewellery industry experience will be considered.

We are hiring an experienced Accountant for our jewellery manufacturing facility in Dammam.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-6 years experience in jewellery manufacturing / gold factory accounting
• Strong knowledge of gold stock control, weight reconciliation, costing, and wastage management
• Experience handling daily accounting entries, payables/receivables, VAT, and monthly reports
• Familiar with production tracking, job orders, and inventory systems
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate gold stock, production, and inventory records
• Monitor material movement, wastage, and job order costing
• Handle daily accounting transactions and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
• Coordinate with factory and management teams for cost control
• Ensure compliance with Saudi VAT and accounting standards
• Good knowledge of Saudi VAT rules (15% VAT, VAT on gold, imports, sales, and filing returns)
