Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Bookkeeping

Maintain accurate financial records (sales, expenses, inventory)

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Record transactions in accounting systems

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Process invoices, payments, and receipts

Manage supplier payments and customer billing

Track outstanding balances and follow up

Cost Control (F&B Focus)

Monitor food and beverage costs, wastage, and inventory

Support budgeting and forecasting

Analyze profit margins and operational costs

Reconciliation & Compliance

Reconcile bank statements and POS (restaurant systems)

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations

Assist during audits

Payroll & Reporting Support

Help process payroll and employee expenses

Prepare financial reports for management decision-making

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience:

Entry-level: 1–2 years

Mid-level: 3–5+ years (preferred in F&B or retail)

Skills:

Strong Excel and accounting software knowledge

Understanding of inventory and cost control

Attention to detail and analytical skills

Pay: From KD600.000 per month
