We are a fast-growing logistics and last-mile delivery company operating across multiple U.S. cities, including Chicago, Newark, and Atlanta. With over 30,000 daily orders, we are building a scalable nationwide distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar systems
• Track daily revenue, costs, and profitability across multiple warehouses
• Perform cost analysis (per order, per route, per driver)
• Manage accounts payable & receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and transaction records
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
• Support 1099 driver payment tracking and reporting
• Coordinate with CPA for tax filings

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (logistics experience preferred)
• Familiar with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis)
• Experience with 1099 / contractor payments is a plus
• Detail-oriented and able to handle high-volume transactions
• Bilingual (English / Chinese) preferred

Salary

• $55,000 – $75,000/year (based on experience)
