What You Will Learn With Us

  • Gold & Diamond Accounts: Gain experience in accounting for manufacturing operations for our factory using our special ERP.
  • Wholesale & Exhibitions: Develop expertise in handling wholesale orders for other retailers and financial processes linked to exhibitions including analyzing expenses.
  • Inventory & Forecasting: Understand financial flows for gold, diamonds, and fine jewelry inventory, including sales analysis and seasonal demand forecasting.
  • Professional Growth: Work closely with auditors, tax authorities, and advanced accounting systems to sharpen your expertise in compliance and reporting.
  • AI Technology: We have the latest tools and software and integrated AI features to help you search for advice and learn more about accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage stock records and accounting entries related to gold, diamonds, and finished jewelry.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date company financial records.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and ensure timely collections from retail, wholesale, and exhibition clients.
  • Handle accounting for retail sales (including custom orders), wholesale transactions, and exhibitions.
  • Manage financial procedures related to manufacturing operations at the company’s factory.
  • Reconcile monthly bank statements with precision.
  • Prepare invoices and ensure they are issued promptly and accurately.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Liaise with auditors and provide all required data to support audits. Manage tax preparation and filing obligations.
  • Prepare financial reports, including inventory performance, best-selling styles, and seasonal forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of accounting and bookkeeping experience (UAE experience preferred).
  • Proficiency with accounting software and financial systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Hardworking, trustworthy, and detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to commute or relocate to Dubai.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
