Accountant (Male Candidate)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our Garments/Home Textile firm. The ideal candidate will manage financial transactions, ensure compliance with accounting principles, and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets

• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

• Process invoices, payroll, and expense reports in a timely manner

• Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and assist in tax preparation

• Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning

• Assist in audits and implement financial controls

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed

• Ensure timely closing of books of accounts

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 2 to 6 years in accounting, auditing, or a related field

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in TALLY and other financial tools, Microsoft Excel, Google docs/sheets.

• Tax Knowledge: Experience in VAT returns and corporate Tax filing.

• Soft Skills: High integrity, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and meet deadlines.

• Industry Experience: Apparel sector or corporate finance experience is a plus.

Salary: AED 3,500 - 4,000 (Depending on Experience)

Medical Cover, one month annual leave + Air Ticket for the home country will be provided

Timing : Monday to Saturday (onsite)

(1st half - 9.00am to 2.00pm (Break) 2nd half - 4.30 to 9.00pm)
