Job Description: Accountant (Basic Excel & Stock Maintenance)

Location : Hafeez center

Timing : 11 am to 10 pm

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to handle basic accounting tasks, stock records, and data management. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel and experience in inventory/stock management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily stock records (inward/outward).
• Record purchase and sales transactions accurately.
• Track inventory levels and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Prepare basic reports in Excel (sales, purchases, expenses, and stock summaries).
• Assist in vendor and customer ledger management.
• Ensure all data is organized and stored properly for reporting.
• Support management in preparing monthly stock and financial reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
