Accountant ( Male & Female )

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our finance team. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Financial Record Maintenance:

• Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.

Month-End Close:

• Assist in the month-end closing process, including preparation of journal entries and reconciliation of accounts.
• Generate financial statements and reports to communicate financial results to management.

● Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits

● Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for
and properly posted.

● Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues

● Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients

● Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

Audit Support:

• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
• Provide documentation and explanations for audit inquiries to ensure a smooth audit process.

Communication Skills:

• Effective communication skills, as accountants often need to work collaboratively with team members, present financial information, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

● Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

• Relevant work experience in accounting or finance, at least 2-5 years of experience in UAE.
• Familiarity with local accounting standards and regulations in the UAE.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Immediate Joiners will be preferred

Ability to Relocate : Abu Dhabi Relocate before starting work

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
