Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support daily accounting operations, with a focus on reconciliation, financial accuracy, and cross-functional coordination with warehouse and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform account reconciliations (bank, AP/AR, inventory)
• Handle daily accounting entries and financial records
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing
• Monitor inventory and cost-related accounting activities
• Support audits and financial reporting
• Work closely with operations and warehouse teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing or warehouse preferred)
• Strong Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical ability
• Bilingual in Chinese and English preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
