We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team as an Accounts and Administration Executive with Telecalling responsibilities. This multifaceted role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and a clear, persuasive communication style. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of our financial and administrative processes while actively engaging with clients/customers via phone.

Key Responsibilities

The role is split into three main areas:

1. Accounting and Financial Support

  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledger entries, receipts, and invoices.
  • Accounts Management: Handle basic Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely payment processing and debt collection.
  • Reconciliation: Assist with bank and vendor statement reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Reporting: Prepare basic financial summaries and reports for management (e.g., daily cash flow, expense reports).
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter financial and operational data into accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and company databases.

2. Administration and Office Management

  • Office Operations: Oversee general office administration, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Filing & Documentation: Maintain a highly organized system for all physical and electronic administrative and financial documents.
  • Correspondence: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support: Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed (e.g., scheduling, travel arrangements).

3. Telecalling and Customer Engagement

  • Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to prospective or existing clients/customers to introduce products/services, generate leads, or follow up on proposals.
  • Inbound Queries: Professionally handle incoming calls, answer basic questions, and resolve minor customer issues or redirect complex inquiries.
  • Payment Reminders: Contact clients to provide payment reminders and follow up on outstanding invoices (a combination of accounting and telecalling).
  • CRM/Database Management: Accurately log all communication details and update customer information in the CRM or contact database.
  • Sales/Lead Generation: Meet defined targets for lead generation or appointment setting through effective telephonic communication.

Qualifications and Skills

Must-Haves

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven work experience (1-3 years) in a similar blended role or in Accounting/Admin/Telecalling.
  • Accounting Software: Proficiency in basic accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills (local language and English) for professional telecalling.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel for data management and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
