Accountant / Office Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Office Manager / Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring smooth office administration. This is a role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, small team environment and enjoys balancing finance with operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting

  • Daily accounting (invoicing, payments, bank entries)
  • Bank reconciliations
  • AR monitoring and collections follow-up
  • Support closings (accruals, prepayments, cut-off)
  • Coordinate with auditors
  • VAT and Corporate Tax support

Office Management

  • Oversee office operations and suppliers
  • Manage courier shipments and admin logistics
  • Handle procurement, supplies, and coordination
  • Provide administrative support to management

Candidate Profile

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on, organized, and reliable
  • Strong Excel and accounting tool knowledge
  • UAE VAT knowledge is a plus
