Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing supplier invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests in compliance with company policies.

· Verify, allocate, and reconcile accounts payable transactions.

· Maintain accurate records of all vendor accounts and payments.

· Prepare and process weekly/monthly payments (cheques, bank transfers, etc.).

· Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.

· Assist in month-end closing and audits by providing required financial data.

· Collaborate with the procurement and operations teams to ensure accuracy of invoices.

· Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in the F&B/Hospitality industry.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP systems) and MS Excel.

· Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Good communication skills in English.
