Role Overview
We are looking for an Accounts & Admin Executive (HR Function) to support payroll processing, ensure compliance documentation is in order and assist the HR team with operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Core Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll for Indian employees, including:
1. Salary calculations (basic, allowances, bonuses)
2. Deductions (PF, ESI, TDS)
3. Arrears and adjustments
- Implement payroll changes as directed by the Senior HR Manager (e.g. salary revisions or bonus adjustments)
- Manage Full and Final Settlements (FNF), including lien checks and recoveries
- Generate and share salary slips with all employees.
- Maintain reimbursement sheets
- Generate invoices for payroll-related services and external vendor payments, ensuring accuracy in billing, timely submission, and proper documentation for financial tracking and compliance.
- Track all external vendor payments to ensure timely disbursement, prevent overlaps and maintain accurate financial records
2. Statutory Compliance
- Coordinate with the external accounting firm for timely PF, ESI, and TDS filings
- Share all necessary payroll data and documents to ensure compliance.
- Stay updated on wage regulations.
3. HR Support Activities
- Assist in compiling employee data and creating reports or lists as required.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Manager, including assistance in ensuring process compliance and documentation.
Requirement:
1. Education: B.Com/M.Com/CA or equivalent
2. Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in end-to-end payroll processing
- Hands-on experience with statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS)
3. Skills:
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance such as PF, ESI and tax filings.
