Accountant – Property Management & Holiday Homes

Rich Route Holiday Homes is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with experience in real estate, property management, or holiday homes. The ideal candidate will manage the financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support business growth through clear insights and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting: bookkeeping, reconciliations, payables/receivables
• Manage invoices, payments, and expense tracking for properties and operations
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for management
• Oversee rental income, commissions, and owner statements
• Track holiday homes bookings, revenue, and commissions from OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations
• Support audits and maintain accurate financial records
• Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and internal teams on financial matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years’ experience in real estate/property management/holiday homes accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally, or similar)
• Familiarity with OTA reporting (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) preferred
• Good understanding of VAT compliance in the UAE
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Currently in UAE and available to join immediately
