Accountant QuickBooks experienced

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience using QuickBooks and a strong background in accounting practices. Experience in the building material and decor material industry is highly preferred. This position plays a vital role in managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy in all transactions, and handling VAT submissions.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily accounting operations and data entry in QuickBooks

· Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and budgets

· Handle accounts payable and receivable

· Conduct bank reconciliations

· Monitor cash flow and company expenses

· Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations

· Maintain accurate and organized financial records

· Support month-end and year-end close processes

Requirements

· Minimum 3–4 years of accounting experience

· Proficient in QuickBooks accounting software

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT laws

· Excellent organizational and analytical skills

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

· Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

· Experience in building material and decor material industry is a strong advantage
