Accountant (QuickBooks Expert)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with strong hands-on experience using QuickBooks. Candidates with prior experience in the fashion, apparel, or production industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks (Online/Desktop)
• Maintain financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and expense tracking
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, costing, and purchase records
• Support external audits and financial reviews

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Accountant with 2 to 3 years.
• Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks (mandatory)
• Previous experience in fashion, apparel, or production setup (preferred)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
