About Company

1. Maintain and record financial transactions

2. Use QuickBooks to record data

3. Prepare payroll

4. Create estimates, Invoices, and receive payments in QuickBooks

5. Make journal entries

6. Record, collect, and pay sales tax

7. Communicate with Customers via email and phone calls

Must have access to the following:

1. Reliable late model computer set up with UPS

2. Reliable and fast internet with mobile data backup

3. Must be able to work from about 6 PM at night and 8 to 9 hours every day
