Accountant – Real Estate Brokerage Division

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of our brokerage division. The ideal candidate will have solid experience within the UAE real estate sector, with a strong understanding of commission structures, VAT compliance, and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage, track, and reconcile commissions due to/from agents and developers, ensuring

accurate and timely disbursements and collections.

 Handle daily accounting functions, including invoicing, receipts, and preparation of aging

reports.

 Process vendor invoices and payments while maintaining accurate supplier account records.

 Maintain up-to-date Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) ledgers with

complete supporting documentation and necessary approvals.

 Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.

 Prepare workings for Corporate Tax filing and ensure accurate submission of CT returns.

 Administer payroll processing, including salary transfers and end-of-service benefits, in line with UAE labor law.

 Assist with month-end and year-end closings, including bank reconciliations and balance

sheet reviews.

 Support the preparation of financial statements, budget monitoring, and audit requirements.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

 2–4 years of UAE-based accounting experience, preferably within a Real Estate Brokerage

firm.

 Strong knowledge of real estate commission structures, accounting workflows, and

reporting requirements.

 Thorough understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax laws and payroll processes.

 Familiarity with RERA regulations will be considered an advantage.

 Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.

 Exceptional attention to detail, organizational ability, and analytical skills.

 Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
