Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 2–3 years of experience in the real estate sector to manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and daily accounting entries
• Handle accounts payable & receivable
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Project-wise accounting and cost tracking
• GST compliance, returns, and reconciliations
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks
• Maintain sales, purchase, expense, and collection records
• Ensure compliance with statutory and internal controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience (real estate preferred)
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
