· تسجيل إيرادات المنصات (Aggregators )

1. فصل مبيعات, عمولة المنصات , ضريبة القيمة المضافة

2. مطابقة التقارير اليومية,الاسبوعية, الشهرية الخاصة بنصات التوصيل

· إدارة التعويضات (Refund & compensations )

1. تسجيل تعويضات العملاء ومطابقتها

2. ربط تعويضات العملاء بالفاتورة

· المصاريف التسويقية داخل المنصات

1. الحملات المدفوعة ومتابعة تاثيرها بين المنصات وعلى المبيعات

2. الخصومات وتحليلها

· المطابقة البنكية

1. مطابقة التحويلات من المنصات مع المبيعات الفعلية

2. كشف الفروقات والعمولات البنكية

المهارات :

· متقدم جدا في excel

· فهم عميق لطريقة عمل المنصات ( hungerstation , jahez, keeta, ninja, marsool ,noon the chefz )

· متقدم في تحليل التقارير

· دقة عالية جدا في المطابقة

الخبرات:

· خبرة 2-5 سنوات في المطاعم

· انظمة ERP

· فهم في انظمة نقاط البيع

· تعامل مباشر مع تقارير المنصات

الشهادات :

محاسب

• Recording Aggregator Revenue

1. Separating sales, platform commissions, and VAT

2. Reconciling daily, weekly, and monthly reports for delivery platforms

• Managing Refunds & Compensation

1. Recording and reconciling customer compensation

2. Linking customer compensation to invoices

• Marketing Expenses Across Platforms

1. Monitoring paid campaigns and their impact across platforms and on sales

2. Analyzing discounts

• Bank Reconciliation

1. Reconciling transfers from platforms with actual sales

2. Identifying discrepancies and bank charges

Skills:

• Advanced Excel skills
• In-depth understanding of how delivery platforms (HungerStation, Jahez, Keeta, Ninja, Marsool, Noon, The Chefz) operate
• Advanced report analysis skills
• High accuracy in reconciliation

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in the restaurant industry
• ERP systems experience
• Understanding of POS systems Direct handling of platform reports

Certifications:

Accountant

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼8,500.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
