Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, monthly invoicing, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, and customer payment recovery. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS and financial reporting.

Recovery management is a mandatory responsibility for this role.

The candidate must also handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Accounting and Bookkeeping

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping in Tally.
• Record transactions and update ledgers with accuracy.

Bank Reconciliation & Financial Reporting

• Perform daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist in preparation of the Balance Sheet, Monthly MIS and Quarterly Profit & Loss Accounts.

Invoicing & Receivables (Recovery Mandatory)

• Prepare and process monthly invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Conduct daily customer payment follow-ups.
• Maintain receivable ageing reports and track overdue payments.
• Prepare and manage Recovery.
• Recovery from customers is mandatory for this role.

GST, TDS & Compliance

• Prepare and file monthly GST returns.
• Prepare and pay monthly TDS challans.
• Use TDS computation software effectively.

Audit Support

• Assist internal and external auditors during audit periods.
• Prepare reconciliations, schedules, and provide necessary documentation.

Confidentiality & Integrity

• Handle all sensitive or confidential financial information with honesty, integrity and professionalism.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP.
• Experience with GST filing, TDS compliance and bank reconciliations.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills (important for recovery tasks).
• Ability to meet monthly deadlines and work independently.
• High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
