Position: Accountant (Bookkeeping, Basic HR Duties and Inventory Management)

About Us:
Outpatient clinic operating for the past 20 years. The organisation maintains high standards in operational discipline and financial accuracy.
Work Schedule:
Shift Duration: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Work Mode: Hybrid (Optional 4 days WFH per month)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (Not with training institutes)
- Working Experience in Zoho Books is MANDATORY
- Experience is verifying and filing GST
- Experience in TRACES Portal for TDS
- Prior experience in Payroll
- Understanding or experience in inventory management is required
Job Role:
- Verify daily cash collection with ERP System.
- Conduct immediate medicines stock reconciliation every Friday.
- Perform full stock reconciliation at month-end.
- Verify purchase entries done by Purchase Deparment and approve for payments.
- Maintain and verify petty cash; get weekly signature from Branch Manager
- Update all accounts daily in Zoho Books only (no manual records or other software).
- Submit detailed MIS reports to Company Partners in the first week of every month.
- Provide monthly Profit & Loss summary to Managing Partner.
- File GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B monthly.
- Check vendor GST filings; notify if ITC is not claimable.
- Check all payments for TDS applicability.
- Deduct and remit TDS for doctors and service providers.
- Provide Form 16A quarterly.
- Collect monthly payroll data.
- Run payroll via Zoho Payroll.
- File EPF and ESI returns monthly.
- Ensure full compliance with all statutory obligations.
Responsibilites:
- All accounting, taxation, and reporting tasks must be done through Zoho Books only
- No backlog entries—real-time recording is mandatory
- Digital-only recordkeeping and cloud archiving
- Follow internal SOPs for financial processes, documentation, and compliance
- Support internal audits and maintain full financial transparency
Salary:
₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month
