Accountant / Sr. Accountant

Qualification - CA Inter (with 2-3yrs of experience )

• Ensure revenue recognition.

• Monthly Profitability report at the product level

• Monthly tracking and accounting of GIT/Finished goods and monthly reconciliation. Coordination with cross-functional teams.

• Month-end closing activities like accrual of revenue expenses, inventory.

• Preparing data for GST returns.

• Basic knowledge of TDS/ TCS and other local laws and filing of TDS returns

• Master creation in the accounting system.

• Single point of contact for statutory and internal auditors during audits like providing timely data and coordinating with cross-functional departments as per audit requirements.

• Monitoring accounts receivable reports on a daily/weekly basis and ensuring its weekly reporting acrosS all the vertical heads.

• Monitor MSME payments as per statute.

• Maintaining Imprest and preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements.

• Initiate payments to vendors after due authorisation..

• Review of revenue expenses provisions and finalization for posting at each month/quarter/year-end.

• Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register and depreciation entries.

• Physical verification of stocks and fixed assets.

• General Ledger scrutiny.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
