Job Description:
Bismillah Engineering Works is looking for a responsible and organized Accountant / Accounts & Store Officer to manage financial records, store operations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling accounts, maintaining store inventory, responding to business emails, and assisting management in order processing and quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
• Manage store inventory, stock records, and material issuance.
• Prepare and update purchase and sales records.
• Check and respond to official emails related to orders, quotations, and customer inquiries.
• Prepare and type quotations for customers as required.
• Guide and coordinate with workshop and store staff regarding incoming and outgoing orders.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
• Support management in order tracking and customer communication.
• Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage accounts and store operations simultaneously.
• Fresher will be encourage to apply.
