Accountant & Supply Chain Executive

Position Overview:

The Accountant & Supply Chain Executive is responsible for managing financial accounting, inventory control, procurement coordination, and logistics operations. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and efficiency in the end-to-end supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities:Accounting Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, invoicing, and expense management.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliation of bank statements.
• Prepare VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable; follow up with clients and vendors for timely settlements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors for financial audits.
• Prepare financial reports, MIS statements, and cash flow forecasts.

Supply Chain & Procurement Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers for purchase orders, quotations, and delivery schedules.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Manage inventory and stock levels; update ERP records regularly.
• Liaise with logistics partners for customs clearance and freight handling.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships.
• Support in demand planning and replenishment based on sales forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with import/export documentation and policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting and/or supply chain operations (preferably in IT distribution/trading).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or SAP).
• Understanding of logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in IT products, distribution, or trading sector.
• Familiarity with UAE import/export regulations and documentation.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
