Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced senior accountant with specific expertise in Tadbeer operations to oversee and manage financial activities for our Tadbeer service center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and management within the UAE, with a deep understanding of Tadbeer operations and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement financial strategies that align with Tadbeer business objectives.
· Conducting regular analysis to ensure profitability and growth.
· Prepare and oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
· Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted targets and manage cash flow.
· Ensure all financial transactions and operations are compliant with Tadbeer guidelines and UAE labor laws.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tadbeer rules and regulatory changes.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
· Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of all audits.
· Oversee payroll processing and manage other expense-related activities.
· Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and policies to safeguard company assets and ensure integrity in all financial transactions.
· Manage relationships with vendors and clients, including invoicing, collections, and payment processing.
· Lead and oversee the daily activities of the accounting team.
· Develop and implement effective accounting systems and processes.
· Reconcile income statements and generate monthly financial reports.
· Manage and control the master data of the general ledger.
· Review and authorize online banking payments.
· Ensure full compliance with state revenue service requirements.
· Provide continuous accounting and financial reporting support.
· Oversee the entire financial process, from start to finish.
· Prepare expense budget reports and manage budgetary controls.

Skills:
· Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and Tadbeer guidelines.
· Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in MS Excel.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple financial tasks effectively.
· Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
· Proven ability to provide sound financial advice and guidance.
Qualifications & Experience :
· Education: Master's/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA/CMA/ACCA,etc certification is a plus.
· Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of internal/external auditing.
· Experience: Accounting software like oracle,sap,Microsoft dynamics,soho,quick book…etc
