Accountant - UAE Experience

About the Role
We are looking for an Accountant to handle the full cycle of bookkeeping, monthly closings, and UAE tax compliance for a group of two companies in the interiors and joinery sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily bookkeeping and financial records.
• Process invoices, receipts, supplier bills, and payments.
• Manage accounts payable & receivable.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and financial reports.
• File VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE FTA regulations.
• Prepare and submit Corporate Tax filings.
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow reports, and financial analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and banks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years accounting experience in the UAE.
• VAT & Corporate Tax knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic a plus).
