Accountant (UK Tax & Accounts)

We are hiring a Accountant to join our UK production team. If you have strong accounting logic (Debits/Credits) and want to learn international accounting , this is the perfect starting role. You will work directly under a Senior Chartered Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping: Processing bank statements and invoices into accounting software (Xero).
• Bank Reconciliation: Matching transactions and categorizing expenses accurately.
• Data Entry: Ensuring high accuracy in recording financial data for UK clients.
• Support: Assisting the Senior Accountant with VAT returns and Year-End accounts preparation.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Com or M.Com is mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Accounting fundamentals (Journal entries, Ledgers).
• Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Speed & Accuracy: Ability to work quickly with numbers without making typing errors.
• Reliability: Must be based in Ludhiana with own transport.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Bhai Randhir Singh Nagar, Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
