Core Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records for clinic operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor clinic revenue streams (consultations, procedures, packages, products)
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements, POS systems, and payment gateways
- Ensure accurate recording of cash, card, and online payments
- Generate patient invoices and receipts
- Coordinate with front desk on daily sales reconciliation
- Support insurance billing and claim tracking (if clinic accepts insurance)
- Ensure pricing, discounts, and packages are correctly applied in the system
- Prepare and monitor clinic budgets and forecasts
- Medical supplies and injectables
- Equipment leasing and maintenance
- Staff salaries, commissions, and incentives
- Ensure compliance with local financial and healthcare regulations
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections
- Support VAT/GST filing (if applicable)
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and authorities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Manage practitioner commissions and incentive calculations
- Maintain staff expense claims and reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Revenue per doctor
- Cost per treatment
- Product margin analysis
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and financial data
- Follow ethical accounting practices and internal controls
- Prevent financial discrepancies and report irregularities promptly
- Support clinic licensing fee tracking and renewals
- Assist with marketing budget tracking and ROI analysis
- Implement or manage clinic accounting software (e.g., ERP, POS integration)
